International RICO Crime Cartels Made Up of Insurance Fraudsters, Human Traffickers, Drug Traffickers, And Arsonist Murderers Are On My Heels.

They have been following me from Georgia, Illinois, and then to Korea. Their co-conspirators are everywhere I go. I must have pissed them off very badly.

Internationally roaming arsonist murderers, drug traffickers, human traffickers, insurance fraudsters, and criminal entrapment fraud specialists paid by corporate sponsors and made up of criminal firemen, EMTs, police, and government/NGO employees and labor union members have been on my trail for the last eight years, from Georgia, Illinois, and then to Korea.

These criminals are now on my heels lately. These criminals are related to Korean and Vietnamese RICO gangs who have stalked, harassed, and threatened me near Duluth and Lawrenceville, GA, for many years. These are the same ethnic Korean, Vietnamese, Chinese, Filipino, Japanese, Hispanic, Indian, West African, East European, and Jewish RICO gangs that often work together near the Macy Store, mega-sized Korean grocery stores, and sauna in Duluth, GA, and the cities near O'Hare Airport in Illinois.

These crime cartels' bosses and capos are in the business of real estate investments, property management, insurance, developer/investor/financier of medical, dental, diagnostic labs, elder care, chiropractic/physical therapy, and other medical auxiliary services and franchises; CEOs; SVPs; PAs; MDs; JDs; CPAs; MBAs; CFAs; bankers; former politicians/lobbyists; high-ranking government employees; and internationally roaming intelligence operatives made up of relatives of my personal and corporate enemies, national/multinational corporations/NGO executives, former or retired military, law enforcement and first responders, EMTs, and leaders and members of faith-based death cults.

At the street level, the actual thugs, physically executing criminals who harass, stalk, and threaten me, could come from anywhere, and could be anyone in their locally contracted criminal gangs hired by these capos, the middle bosses, mentioned above, near where I live or travel. It has been that way for the last eight years and is continuing.

While living at Yakmok (약목), Korea, it used to be the Department of Transportation, KORAIL Police, LX, labor unions (KT, KORAIL, KPower, KWater), and the Korean Police Agency (Provincial Police of KyungBuk (경상북도 경찰청), Chilgok-gun and Gumi in particular), who knew or related to my personal and corporate enemies in the US might have been doing their bidding to destroy me while I was in their jurisdiction.

Now that responsibility must have been moved over to the Provincial Police of KyungNam and Busan Metropolitan Police because my living premises now mainly include Busan, Ulsan, and GyeongNam (부울경).

I have powerful corporate enemies made of Korean multinationals. I think these guys are also doing their bidding of RICO criminals in the US.

Think of it now; many RICO gang bosses and capos of Korean RICO gangs in Duluth, Gwinnett County, GA, are from this GyeongNam (경남) province.

I could not dispel the distinctive strong suspicion these are not any petty criminal arsonists and criminal entrapment fraud specialists, but international RICO criminal gangs backed by high echelons of fire departments, labor unions, NGOs, and police departments sponsored, funded, and contracted by multi-billionaire corporate executives and former or current politicians, former and current high-ranking government, NGO, and religious executives, and leaders.

These are the murderers who specialize in killing and injuring their targeted individuals on a contract hit job basis.

Until very recent years, I never understood why there were so many firemen, police, and EMTs involved in criminal fraud entrapment frauds in attacking me for the last eight years.

Now, I think I know who they are. They are arsonists, insurance fraudsters, and criminal entrapment fraud specialists who specialize in injuring and killing their victims, burning down their targeted properties, and framing such crimes onto their targeted individuals, like myself. It's "killing two birds with one stone," like criminal entrapment fraud setups.

This explained why so many firemen and their related people trailed me for the last eight years: Georgia, Illinois, and Korea. They are all related. And they could be all sponsored by former and current high-ranking government officials, corporate/NGO CEOs and SVPs and mega millionaires and multinational billion-dollar business owners.

These are all done for retaliation and psychotic ego trips at the top, while in the middle and bottom, insurance payouts and big payouts from successful contracted hit jobs are their primary motives.

I believe I am dealing with at least six different groups of international RICO crime cartels in the US and their extensions in Korea.

In my case, these criminals are in for entrapping me and destroying me with any means they have available, sponsored by tenacious corporate and personal enemies of mine. Their criminal payouts could be tangible monetary ones or intangible ones like promotions, attractive job opportunities, or even overseas relocation offers through investment visas to become a permanent resident of another country, the US.

These murderers have killed many people already. These arsonists burned many properties on contract hit jobs. These arsonist murderers framed many innocent individuals for their crimes by injuring and killing them with help of many co-conspirators from all different professions and labor unions, NGOs, and fraternal professional organizations' members.

And most important of all, these criminals are international. They traverse different countries with ease, escaping prosecutions.

Many may be LGBTQs with criminal friends all over the world, law enforcement, governments, and multinational corporations. I found many of the attackers on me in the past eight years appeared to be LGBTQs, many in law enforcement, first responders, and corporate executives. I worked with too many of them for at least 30 years. I know them when I see them. And there are many in Korea, especially in police.

I never had any problems with gays or LGBTQs in the past while working with them. But for some odd and unknown reasons, there have been many gays who have been attacking me for the last eight years.

I have an even stronger suspicion of the presence of an international crime cartel, RICO, made up of LGBTQ in law enforcement, firemen, EMTs, high-ranking government employees, and multinational corporations'/NGOs' executives in the US and Korea.

These internationally roaming criminals' specialties are diverse but mainly concentrated in insurance fraud, human trafficking, and drug trafficking.

In my case, it was for my enemies' contract hit jobs of corporate and personal retaliations via tenacious 24/7/365 hidden insidious criminal entrapment fraud attacks. Someone in high government positions or billionaires is sponsoring attacks on me.

They have failed miserably in the US, mostly because they were afraid they had so much to lose, and now they are trying to destroy me in Korea, which they thought would be a lot easier with a lesser risk to destroy me in Korea than in the US.

I am watchful of these criminals and their criminal entrapment schemes every day. Now, I have at least seven years of experience in dealing with these criminals and foiling their attacks. We will see how all these will lead to.

International RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations) Crime Cartels

Our lives have been destroyed and wasted by these RICO criminals. Now I want them to be exposed for who they really are.

They have been following me from Georgia, Illinois, and then to Korea. Their co-conspirators are everywhere I go. I must have pissed them off very badly.

Many of these are corporate and NGO CEOs, SVPs, MDs, JDs, CPAs, former and current politicians, lobbyists, unregistered foreign agents, intelligence operatives, mega millionaires and billionaires, and the bosses and capos in international crime cartels that specialize in insurance frauds, drug trafficking, and human trafficking.

Five Skandhas

https://www.learnreligions.com/the-skandhas-450192

(Emphasis is mine)

The First Skandha: Form (Rupa)

Rupa is form or matter; something material that can be sensed. In early Buddhist literature, rupa includes the Four Great Elements (solidity, fluidity, heat, and motion) and their derivatives. These derivatives are the first five faculties listed above (eye, ear, nose, tongue, body) and the first five corresponding objects (visible form, sound, odor, taste, tangible things).

Another way to understand rupa is to think of it as something that resists the probing of the senses. For example, an object has a form if it blocks your vision -- you can't see what's on the other side of it -- or if it blocks your hand from occupying its space.

The Second Skandha: Sensation (Vedana)

Vedana is a physical or mental sensation that we experience through contact of the six faculties with the external world. In other words, it is the sensation experienced through the contact of eye with visible form, the ear with sound, nose with odor, tongue with taste, body with tangible things, mind (manas) with ideas or thoughts.

It is particularly important to understand that manas -- mind or intellect -- is a sense organ or faculty, just like an eye or an ear. We tend to think that mind is something like a spirit or soul, but that concept is very out of place in Buddhism.

Because vedana is the experience of pleasure or pain, it conditions craving, either to acquire something pleasurable or avoid something painful.

The Third Skandha: Perception (Samjna, or in Pali, Sanna)

Samjna is the faculty that recognizes. Most of what we call thinking fits into the aggregate of samjna.

The word "samjna" means "knowledge that puts together." It is the capacity to conceptualize and recognize things by associating them with other things. For example, we recognize shoes as shoes because we associate them with our previous experience with shoes.

When we see something for the first time, we invariably flip through our mental index cards to find categories we can associate with the new object. It's a "some kind of tool with a red handle," for example, putting the new thing in the categories "tool" and "red."

Or, we might associate an object with its context. We recognize an apparatus as an exercise machine because we see it at the gym.

The Fourth Skandha: Mental Formation (Samskara, or in Pali, Sankhara)

All volitional actions, good and bad, are included in the aggregate of mental formations, or samskara. How are actions "mental" formations?

Remember the first lines of the Dhammapada (Acharya Buddharakkhita translation):

Mind precedes all mental states. Mind is their chief; they are all mind-wrought. If with an impure mind a person speaks or acts suffering follows him like the wheel that follows the foot of the ox.
Mind precedes all mental states. Mind is their chief; they are all mind-wrought. If with a pure mind a person speaks or acts happiness follows him like his never-departing shadow.

The aggregate of mental formations is associated with karma because volitional acts create karma. Samskara also contains latent karma that conditions our attitudes and predilections. Biases and prejudices belong to this skandha, as do interests and attractions.

The Fifth Skandha: Consciousness (Vijnana, or in Pali, Vinnana)

Vijnana is a reaction that has one of the six faculties as its basis and one of the six corresponding phenomena as its object.

For example, aural consciousness -- hearing -- has the ear as its basis and a sound as its object. Mental consciousness has the mind (manas) as its basis and an idea or thought as its object.

It is important to understand that this awareness or consciousness depends on the other skandhas and does not exist independently from them. It is awareness but not a recognition, as recognition is a function of the third skandha. This awareness is not a sensation, which is the second skandha.

For most of us, this is a different way to think about "consciousness."

Why Is This Important?

The Buddha wove his explanation of the skandhas into many of his teachings. The most important point he made is that the skandhas are not "you." They are temporary, conditioned phenomena. They are empty of a soul or permanent essence of self.

In several sermons recorded in the Sutta-pitaka, the Buddha taught that clinging to these aggregates as "me" is an illusion. When we realize these aggregates are just temporary phenomena and not-me, we are on the path to enlightenment.

The Heart Sutra

Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva

when practicing deep Prajna Paramita

perceives that all five skandhas are empty

and is saved from all suffering and distress.

Shariputra,

form does not differ from emptiness,

emptiness does not differ from form.

Form is emptiness,

Emptiness is form.

The same is true of feelings,

perceptions, impulses, consciousness.

Shariputra,

all dharmas are marked with emptiness;

they do not appear or disappear,

are not tainted or pure,

do not increase or decrease.

Therefore, in emptiness there are no form, no feelings,

perceptions, impulses, consciousness.

No eyes, no ears, no nose, no tongue, no body, no mind;

no color, no sound, no smell, no taste, no touch,

no object of mind;

no realm of eyes

and so forth until no realm of mind consciousness.

No ignorance and also no extinction of it,

and so forth until no old age and death

and also no extinction of them.

No suffering, no origination,

no stopping, no path, no cognition,

also no attainment with nothing to attain.

The Bodhisattva depends on Prajna Paramita

and the mind is no hindrance;

without any hindrance no fears exist.

Far apart from every perverted view one dwells in Nirvana.

In the three realms

all Buddhas depend on Prajna Paramita

and attain Anuttara Samyak Sambodhi.

Therefore know that Prajna Paramita

is the great transcendent mantra,

is the great bright mantra,

is the utmost mantra,

is the supreme mantra

which is able to relieve all suffering

and is true, not false.

So proclaim the Prajna Paramita mantra,

proclaim the mantra which says:

gate gate paragate parasamgate bodhi svaha

gate gate paragate parasamgate bodhi svaha

gate gate paragate parasamgate bodhi svaha.

Karmic Retribution

The Culakammavibhanga-Sutta, a discourse dedicated to the theme of karmic retribution establishes a clear link between presently undertaken deeds and their karmic effects.

According to this discourse, killing will lead to short life-span in future lives; harming others will result in becoming oneself diseased and sick; irritability causes ugliness; stinginess leads to poverty; and arrogance brings rebirth in lowly conditions.

- Bhikkhu Analayo

The karmic retribution for unwholesome deeds, described in the Culakammavibhanga-Sutta, extends not only to rebirth to the human realm but can also to rebirth in hell.

Detailed description of sufferings that await the evildoer on rebirth in hell are given in the Devadutta-Sutta.

- Bhikkhu Analayo

You want: long life, health, beauty, power, riches, high birth, wisdom? Or even some of these things? They do not appear by chance. It is not someone's luck that they are healthy, or another's lack of it that he is stupid. Though it may not be clear to us now, all such inequalities among human beings (and all sorts of beings) come about because of the kamma they have made individually.

Each person reaps his own fruits. So if one is touched by short life, sickliness, ugliness, insignificance, poverty, low birth or stupidity and one does not like these things, no need to just accept that that is the way it is. The future need not be like that provided that one makes the right kind of kamma now.

Knowing what kamma to make and what not to make is the mark of a wise man. It is also the mark of one who is no longer drifting aimlessly but has some direction in life and some control over the sort of events that will occur.

- Bhikkhu Khantipalo

Four Noble Truths

The Buddha is said to have taught, "I have taught one thing and one thing only, dukkha and the cessation of dukkha,"

Dukkha (suffering) is an innate characteristic of transient existence; nothing is permanent, and that is suffering. The first truth, suffering, is an impermanent characteristic of existence in the realm of continuous rebirth, called samsara (wandering). The first noble truth is the understanding that our life is impermanent, full of unavoidable sufferings, and it continues in the form of reincarnation. The two main sufferings are: one, you leaving someone you love; the other, meeting someone you hate.

Samudaya (cause of suffering): together with this transient world and its suffering, there is also thirst, craving for, and attachment to this transient, unsatisfactory existence. To end suffering, the four noble truths tell us, one needs to know how and why suffering arises. The second noble truth explains that suffering arises because of craving, desire, and attachment. Samudaya means "arising" and refers to the causes of suffering. At the basis of these cravings, wants, and desires is the ever-present ego, the mistaken identity of oneself.

Nirodha (severance of suffering): the attachment to this transient world and its suffering can be severed or contained by the controlling or letting go of this craving. If the cause of suffering is desire and attachment to various transient things, then the way to end suffering is to eliminate such craving, desire, and attachment. Nirodha is a Sanskrit word that means "cessation" or "extinction". It is the third of the Four Noble Truths.

The fourth truth, marga means "path" or "way." It means the way to extinguish suffering. Marga refers to the path to liberation, also known as awakening. The most well-known path is the Noble Eightfold Path, which is one of several paths described in the Sutta Pitaka.

The Noble Eightfold Path is made up of eight steps:

  1. Right Understanding (sammā diṭṭhi, S. samyag-dṛṣṭi)
  2. Right Thought (sammā saṅkappa, S. samyak-saṃkalpa)
  3. Right Speech (sammā vācā, S. samyag-vāc)
  4. Right Action (sammā kammanta, S. samyak-karmānta)
  5. Right Livelihood (sammā ājīva, S. samyag-ājīva)
  6. Right Effort (sammā vāyāma, S. samyag-vyāyāma)
  7. Right Mindfulness (sammā sati, S. samyak-smṛti)
  8. Right Oneness (sammā samādhi, S. samyak-samādhi)

The goal of the marga is to end suffering by uprooting ignorance. This is done by cultivating awareness and attention in the present moment, and by developing virtue and abandoning non-virtue.

1. Right Understanding

Sammā diṭṭhi, Right Understanding, is a way to see reality as it is, without confusion or misunderstanding. It is a means to gain insight into the four noble truths. It is a way to see things in their true nature, without labels or names. It is a way to see the impermanence, selflessness, and inevitability of suffering.

2. Right Thought

Right thought, sammā saṅkappa, is the second step of the path, is the outcome of right understanding. These two comprise the wisdom spoken of in the context of the noble eightfold path. Right thought is the result of seeing things as they are. Thoughts are all important; for a man‘s words and acts have thoughts as their source. It is thoughts that are translated into speech and deed. The good or ill results of our words and actions depend solely on our thoughts, on the way we think. Hence the importance of learning to think straight instead of twisted.

3. Right Speech: samma vaca

"It is spoken at the right time. It is spoken in truth. It is spoken affectionately. It is spoken beneficially. It is spoken with a mind of good-will.".

4. Right Action

Samma kammanta is a Buddhist term that means "right action". It is one of the eight practices of the Noble Eightfold Path.

No killing or injuring, no taking what is not given, no sexual misconduct, no material desires.

5. Right Livelihood

No trading in weapons, living beings (human trafficking), meat, liquor (drug trafficking), or poisons (murders via medical inducements). Choose your profession or, even more importantly, your employment wisely.

Do not get involved in usury or predatory lending business where you create or add more suffering to others. Do not be a law person or psychiatrist who protects criminals for profit or sends innocents to an insane asylum or to incarceration. Do not be doctors or health professionals whose primary professional objective is not curing but hurting their patients or victims for profits.

Do not become scientists of destruction or hate. Do not become politicians or government employees who betray public trust, people who elected them, or pay their salaries.
Never commit any kind of fraud, because the victims are ones who once trusted you. There are no greater sins than frauds. Don't make a living by lying or deceiving others. Don't make your living by adding more sufferings to others.

6. Right Effort

Right Effort, samma vayama, involves trying to prevent unwholesome states of mind, such as anger, jealousy, and craving. It also involves trying to get rid of these states of mind that have already arisen.

7. Right Mindfulness

Right Mindfulness is associated with becoming more attentive to our thoughts, emotions, feelings, speech, and behavior in meditation. Whatever we experience, we become more conscious of it and more attentive to it, so that we gain more insight into the workings of the mind and how the mind influences our actions in everyday life.

8. Right Oneness

Any singleness of mind equipped with these seven factors — right view, right resolve, right speech, right action, right livelihood, right effort, and right mindfulness.
